This would be packaging cabal-install, right? And that would require
Cabal 1.4 and zlib. Packaging cabal-install and zlib would be quite
simple, but another version of cabal would require a different package
name. I thought about haskell-cabal-1.4 for source and
haskell-cabal-1.4-{dev|prof|doc} for binaries.
If it's just this, I can do the work.
