Sorry, we had a few bugs to work out, but I believe we now have cabal
packaged.  They are available for Ubuntu hardy heron using these lines in
your sources.list and installing the package 'cabal':

deb http://deb.seereason.com/ubuntu hardy-seereason main
deb-src http://deb.seereason.com/ubuntu hardy-seereason main

We are working building the packages for Debian sid now, hopefully be done
by tomorrow.  In the meantime, the source deb is available here:

http://deb.seereason.com/ubuntu/pool/main/h/haskell-cabal-install/

Building it may well depend on other packages we've built/modified.
