Then we are at an agreement I think. I took a quick look at Open SSH and its flags for gathering random entropy. From the looks the --with-rand-helper is the flag to use, but I think that the configure script should pick up the fact that we do not have /dev/random.
I will take a closer look at this today or tomorrow.
