Hi Thomas,

Yesterday some folks created their new accounts and they are not been listing on admin teamlist page to be approved by us.

Today I tried to create a user "phls-teste" with a gmail address and after enter the infos, I got the message: "Aliases are numbers, letters and underscore and at least 2 characters long, thanks"

Then, I tried to create as "pauloteste" without the dash and the same email address, and I got the message:
"This email already registered"

So, I believe the users with dash and other special characters are locked by the system and we can't create new user with the same email address.

Could you take a look If they are on database and delete them to release the email address?

And I suggest add that warning about the Aliases on th DDTSS create login page, before the fielsd.

Best regards,
