Just rename it. This would help me finding the right > solution. The error shown above is an output of some rather complex scripts, running over all (!) packages in the Debian archive. It's not practical to run this locally. You can find the logfiles here: https://i18n.debian.org/logs/ IMO the easiest way for you would be, to just rename that file to zh_TW.po and upload, and see what happens. On https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po/zh_TW you can see, which files are found in various packages for Traditional Chinese. In the contrary, at https://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po/de you see for example, that the German file "de.po" is found for the reuse package.
