Logout problem 2.2.1

I have some problems with the logout function in kde 2.2.1. When I press 
logout I starts to log me out but after a while the splash screen apears 
again, and I'm logged in again? Anybody that knows how to resolv this 
problem?

It hasen't been this all the time, but after a upgrade of 2.2.1 for 
about 2 weeks ago it started, and I'm going blank out what it is. I have 
this problem on 3 machines.
