I would personally prefer debian-kernel-devel, but in the end of the day it is not that important. If you have any reasons to prefer debian-devel-kernel over debian-kernel-devel, go ahead with it. We are drowning in bug traffic on debian-kernel, so i'm pretty sure that the new list, whatever the name is, will be welcome :-).
