As I understand it, that also doesn't work for German residents because the recipient doesn't have to accept the lack of warranty. Expat-style seems safer to me. Also, I'm disappointed that WTFPLv2 is so long. Why do people need to care about Sam Hocevar's name, address and permission to change it? It seems obviously below the creative threshold for copyright...
