...but Wikipedia tends to be extremely volatile: there's no guarantee
that URLs stay the same and with the same correct content, as articles
can be edited by a multitude of individuals, some highly competent,
other ones definitely less competent!

I am not sure sending a message to a Debian mailing list is a polite way
to generate a stable URL for a license text.  It smells like an abuse,
unless there's an actual intention to discuss about that license text.
