Update: The new BLAST+ build showed up overnight (from my time zone, anyway) as expected, and python-biopython's mipsel status changed from "Failed" without my intervention. However, it is currently stuck in "BD-Uninstallable" per a new ghostscript FTBFS bug [1], which I presume somebody will fix soon.
