Hi, In recent upload of tiddit (new upstream release) it has started to depend on python3-pysam. python3-pysam is unavailable on s390x because of its dep bcftools not being supported on the same arch. Now, this is stallling tiddit's migration to testing. Since there are virtually no users of this package on s390x it should be fine to drop it from there anyway. Please consider doing so!
