Hello Andreas,

while waiting for feedback on pythonqt and ctk from legal and upstream 
respectively, I'd like to continue with another package that is a 
dependency of medical software: https://github.com/commontk/qRestAPI

It's qRestAPI, basically just depends on Qt6 and is Apache 2.0 license

Shall I create this project under https://salsa.debian.org/med-team or 
would should it be somewhere else ?
