Thanks for the review. I have already updated the package to version 1.2.1-1 and included the ITP closure (Closes: #1134580 <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1134580>) in debian/changelog. I've also uploaded the new version to mentors.debian.net.
There's still a mistake in the changelog. You're supposed to close the ITP bug not the RFS bug in d/changelog.

Once that's done, remove the moreinfo tag.You should consider hosting the packaging on https://salsa.debian.org. This isn't a requirement or a mandatory thing but it helps any potential sponsors make final modifications before uploading and other maintainers can help you if you have any trouble with the package. The decision is upto you.
You should also consider asking the Multimedia Team for sponsorship in their mailing list [1] or you could ask it in their IRC channel on OFTC: #debian-multimedia
