I suspect you need the third horseman of the package apocalypse, Replaces:,
but I'm not confident enough of that to guarantee it.  I'm also reviewing
your package for sponsorship now; if it's OK, I'll await your word about the
Replaces.  I'm 'womble' on Freenode and OFTC if you want to go all realtime
