Could you please be more specific? The postinst script does create no symlink to ooo/dicts. It neither deletes dictionaries, it moves them to /usr/share/myspell/dicts. And If you remove them the spellcheck pbviously doesn't work.. > All files were in wrong place, so I made: > # ln -s /usr/lib/openoffice/share/dict/ooo/dicts/* > /usr/lib/openoffice/share/dict/ooo/ What should that have for a sense please? OpenOffice.org searches for his dicts in /usr/lib/openoffice/share/dict/ooo. The dicts are actually in /usr/share/myspell/dicts. So there is a symlink created from .../ooo -> /usr/share/myspell/dicts > after that spellcheck is working, but there's some mess with that all > those symlinks and files. Sure. Which is created by your stupid symlinking.... Emil: You should remove all your OOo packages and reinstall them since you _yourself_ created a mess... PLEASE, WRITE USEFUL BUGREPORTS... I could not reproduce your problems, I just did a test upgrade from 1.0.3-2 and all worked fine. The dummy dictionary I created was copied over correctly and I tested installing myspell-en-us and spellchecking "I have dnoe.", it worked. So tagging unreproducible, moreinfo unless I get USEFUL infos what happened... Grüße/Regards, René -- .''`.
