Dear release manager,
Please unblock package src:texlive-extra, it contains a minimal
change to allow loading
algorithm2e.sty
(which is commonly used to typeset algorithm) in UTF8 engines
like XeTeX and LuaTeX.
While most of the characters in the sty file are ASCII, in the
Turkish localization three characters did remain outside the
ASCII range and thus were not readable as UTF8. To make the
file readable in both traditional engines (pdfTeX) and UTF8
engines, these characters need to be converted to TeX commands.
