Here it seems to be last and only update needed of the codecs2 (uncoordinated)
transition.

But this one seems to be part of two unreported transitions that affect more
packages:
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-uhd.html
(and soapysdr that has no auto-tracker page but which seems to be complete
after the gr-osmosdr
bin-nmu)

nmu osmo-trx_0~20170323git2af1440+dfsg-1 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild for uhd
transition"
nmu soapyuhd_0.3.3-1 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild for uhd transition"
nmu gr-radar_0.0.0.20160615-3 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild for uhd transition"
nmu gnss-sdr_0.0.9-5 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild for uhd transition"

Maitland, Andreas, it would be nice if you could handle library transitions
in coordination with the release team:
https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/ReleaseTeam/Transitions

It would also be nice if you could ensure that gnuradio doesn't get
removed from testing.

FWIW, I investigated this because Kali Linux is based on Debian Testing
and we are gnuradio users so when gnuradio gets out of testing, I
immediately notice it.

Cheers,
