Dear release team, We would like to request (yet another) transition for Qt packages. Qt 5.9.2 is a bugfix release in 5.9 LTS series, yet it has some minor private ABI breaks so we have bumped the ABI virtual package names. The changes are not large, so it should be much easier to handle than the previous 5.7 → 5.9 transition. We are also taking this transition as an opportunity to do a packaging change: Qt binaries are now moved to a non-multiarch location, /usr/lib/qt5/bin/. This was needed to fix cross-building with CMake.
