I acked this over an irc query, as rdeps got rebuild-tested. Updating bug status here. 3.7 is still blocked by ghc, but 8.2 (in experimental) uses 3.9... not ideal, but soon we'll be able to remove 3.7. We may need to wait for ghc 8.4 to remove 3.9 though. As for 3.8, llvm-defaults now points to 4.0 and the rdeps that were using a versioned llvm/clang have been fixed, with a couple exceptions. But we should be able to remove 3.8 from testing soon.
