The icu transition has started now. Can you make a boost1.67 upload build-depending on the new icu, with a bumped shlibs, similar to [1] ? That will break ceph from sid (which depends on boost1.67), so an appropriate breaks would be good. However please don't just break all the old versions, as the package from testing doesn't break (it uses boost1.62) and if you break that, then boost1.67 won't migrate until ceph gets fixed (it currently is in a bad shape in sid). A breaks on (= 12.2.8+dfsg1-1), (= 12.2.8+dfsg1-2) should do the trick.
