proj (8.1.1-1) and python-cartopy (0.20.1+dfsg-1) have been uploaded to unstable. And the severity of the bugreports has been raised to serious. Thanks for already scheduling the dependency level 2 NMUs, these are almost done except for mips64el where they had to wait for proj to be installed which it is now.
