I think we'll probably want to swap from a mozjs91-based gjs to a
mozjs102-based gjs either before or during the mutter/Shell transition
(#1018118), because upstream are going to expect to be using a
mozjs102-based gjs for the Shell 43 final release. This is important
if mozjs102 introduced new language features that mozjs91 didn't have;
I don't know whether that's actually true, but it seems wise to err on
the side of caution.

Given the amount of overlap, it might make most sense to combine #1018076
with #1018118.

Jeremy wants to do the libsoup3/e-d-s/etc. transition (#1016706) before
the mutter transition, and that in turn is currently blocked by the
unplanned abseil transition, so we have some time to get everything in
order and do preparations in other packages. I'm preparing an ostree
upload that will disable its gjs build-dependency on armel, and I've
reported a bug asking for the corresponding change in libguestfs.
