Currently w3-el-e21 4.0pre.2001.10.27.nodocs-2 is in testing. I'd appreciate it if -4 could be allowed in. The only changes from -2 are:
* Point to where the upstream sources have now moved, in
debian/copyright.
* Remove a conflict from debian/control that was causing
difficulty for upgrades.
