"Neither recommend or suggest picom" seems odd, when you're only removing a Recommends; I'm not sure what the "neither ... or suggest" is doing there. (It's also grammatically incorrect, but that's somehow less irking. :-) ) In any case, please go ahead. Regards, Adam
