The r-cran-sf & r-cran-terra Debian packages have been rebuilt to depend on the libgdal35, you'll need to do the same with any of your local R packages linking to gdal.
I was expecting to be able to reinstall libgdal34, which is no longer available.
libgdal35 is now in testing, libgdal34 was removed because no packages depend on it any more after the transition completed.
