The latest upstream of RtAudio includes a soname bump of libRtAudio. The Debian packages have updated their names accordingly. The new RtAudio has been uploaded to experimental a while ago (last year). A couple of reverse dependencies FTBFS because of some API changes. Bugs have been filed for these packages, along with patches.
