Please unblock rust-sqlx, it is currently blocked
by an autopkgtest "regression" of rust-debversion on
riscv64, which is caused by the fact that rust-debversion
is uninstable in testing on riscv64. This causes the fallback
dependency solver to be triggered, which leads to a mismatch
between the version of the package being tested and the
version of the tests.

The package migrated with a tiny bit of help.
