Hi,
PHPUnit 13 has just been released upstream, and is already in
experimental. It used to take a while for upstream projects to get ready
for a new upstream version, but this time, the amount of deprecations
was so low that only a dozen packages needed some tiny fixes, and
they’re already patched¹ in Debian.
Thus I intend to follow up quickly, i.e. next week(end), with this
transition. It shouldn’t involve any release team actions since it
concern arch:all packages, and this time, I don’t foresee any need to
remove or urgent any packages (but I’ve been wrong in the past, so I’m
opening this bug report in order to have a public record of the intended
action). For the record, the previous transitions (#1099656 and
#1084894) had a lot more packages affected according to the experimental
pseudo-excuse page.

1: the only missing uploads at this time is php-crypt-gpg that is about
to be uploaded and php-monolog that will be uploaded in sync with the
new PHPUnit stack with proper versioned test and build-dependency.
Cheers,
taffit

It took a bit more: debci was stalled on some arches and actually caused
more delay, but everything migrated in the end.
