It fails during https://release.debian.org/britney/update_output.txt as it renders packages in testing uninstallable due to expected removal of the 32 bit architectures. Without checking, I suspect that the reverse dependencies of r-cran-isoband have not yet been dealt with or the 32-bit removal of those have not yet migrated testing.
