sqlite-utils misses a depencency on python3-click-default-group in bookworm.
This is reported in bug #1064886.
I confirmed that the bug still stands in a bookworm distrobox environment.

According to the analysis of Andreas Beckmann in message #13 in the bug, the
dependency disappeared for a couple of versions of sqlite-utils.

[ Impact ]
This renders the package unusable in bookworm. Not even the help is displayed.

Tests in the package already cover this. Autopkgtest should not pass for the
current state of the package in bookworm.
