Uploaded, with adding this trixie pu bug to the changelog. For future reference, please don't close release.d.o bugs in uploads to (o)pu. Our workflow is that the bug gets the "pending" tag once we accept it from (old)stable-new into (o)pu, and then gets closed once the update is actually in (old)stable, i.e. after a point release including the update.
