Doing this makes tracking really awkward, and was in fact broken in this case. We don't have a request mail to reply to, and the metadata on the bug was completely wrong - it was still tagged "trixie", rather than "bookworm", and was not in the p-u section in the BTS, as cloning does not copy usertags. Please go ahead, but please attach a debdiff to the bug when uploading. Regards, Adam
