Hi,

I've seen this occasionally happening before, so I decided to have a quick look.

In the run from 2026-06-14 22:00 UTC, libio-socket-ip-perl migrated.

In the run from 2026-06-15 02:00 UTC, britney2 didn't see the migration despite the dinstall that I think was supposed to have run (started) at 01:52 and libhttp-tiny-perl/0.092-2 was observed as regressed (because the reference-migration/0 run flipped from failing to passing).

During the run from 2026-06-15 04:00 UTC (and the latest 05:00 UTC run), apparently the archive exposed on respighi was still lacking the migrated libio-socket-ip-perl and I think the above message is from dak refusing to take the outcome of britney2 as it would go backward (thanks dak for checking :) ).

When I looked on respighi at 05:36, version 0.44-1 was in both testing and unstable, so I guess the archive got updated on respighi between 05:05 and 05:36. My remaining question for now is did dinstall take so long to finish or was the view of the archive on respighi out-of-date?

Paul
