I have scheduled the first round of binNMUs.
With all binNMUs scheduled (and only a few riscv64 ones still pending), it may
be a time to reduce the number of autopkgtests regressions in [1], either by
fixing packages, or by removing them. The borgbackup FTBFS looks like the most
pressing one as it's got a bunch of rdeps and is causing various of the
autopkgtest failures due to installability issues. It'd be good to take care of
that.
