Dear Release Team,

I would like to request a transition slot for openturns, which underwent a
SONAME bump due to ABI-breaking changes.

Its new version is in experimental and builds correctly on the relevant
architectures.

The only rdep is persalys:
- - persalys in unstable FTBFS against new openturns, I filled
severity:important
  bug #1137478;
- - persalys in experimental builds correctly against new openturns.

I am the maintainer of both openturns and persalys.

Last, the auto-generated ben file looks good!

Best wishes and thanks for your help,
