The SONAME changed during the upgrades of aml 0.3.0 to 1.0.0 
and neatvnc 0.9.0 to 1.0.0. The new version is already in experimental.
The affected packages are as follows:

* aml - new version exp: 1.0.0-1~exp1
* neatvnc - new version exp: 1.0.0+dfsg-1~exp1
* vali - rebuild is required
* wayvnc - new version exp: 0.10.0-1~exp1
* weston - new version exp: 15.0.1-2
