Seemingly indeed. Somehow britney thought the tests were pending, but submission of the tests apparently silently failed (scary). All tests scheduled in the 2026-10-04 23:00 britney run were affected. I removed them manually from the pending list (and made the tests jump to the front of the queue too). britney2 does have some safe-guard for this: after 5 days it expires pending tests.
gdal still has a bunch of "Test triggered" jobs on riscv64 which don't show up in the queue for those packages.
