Hi, Please unblock phpmyadmin/4:2.11.8.1-1.
The only two changes are an updated Norwegian translation, and a one line fix
for a regression where even logging in would fail when PHP error_reporting
had been set to level notice (common on development systems, where phpmyadmin
is also common). The package has already aged nearly 10 days in unstable.
