You should probably have kept them open, but at wishlist severity so the
maintainers are reminded to update their build dependencies.

It's also not a good idea to have a -dev transition package, it would
have been way better to Provide it in the unversioned -dev package.

binNMUs have to wait at least till bluez is in testing.
