Please unblock package intel-microcode

This package contains a data file with microcode for Intel CPUs.  The
update script for users to get that updates for that file has been
broken for a while, and was not fixed yet.  Therefore, the only way an
user will get an update of the microcode datafile is by directly
downloading it from Intel, or through a intel-microcode package update.

Intel doesn't disclose much about what the microcode updates do, and
they often correct very hard-to-hit bugs with low impact.  However, that
is not always true, and some of these updates do fix critical processor
bugs.

Based on the release dates, this update is known to have microcode that
fixes critical bugs on several processors:
