Dear Release Team, Please remove quickplay from testing. Upstream is essentially dead and has no plans of updating the code even though he has been contacted several times about fixing bugs that are not listed in the BTS. This removal will also make room for the Viridian player which does the same thing as quickplay. Viridian has a very active upstream and is much more feature rich than quickplay.
I have already requested removal from the ftp-masters in Bug#599494.
