Yes, it is. gromacs builds correctly with the multiarch lesstif2 as long as cmake is downgraded to 2.8.8-3, which avoids #680825/#681428. That bug is waiting on a new cmake upload -- would it be acceptable to the RT to remove gromacs from testing, allowing lesstif2 to migrate, and then re-admitting a binNMU'ed gromacs after cmake is updated?
