Dear release team,

Yeah, I know: l10n uploads shouldn't be allowed anymore. I concur with
this stance and fully understand it.

Still, I'd like to ask for one very very very last exception fot
tzdata.

Indeed, the last upload added a few debconf-translatable strings
(timezone names) without any concertation with l10n teams. I don't
really blame tzdata maintainers as I fully understand the need to have
a timely update for this package. Which is why I didn't scream out and
yelled when the unblock request was sent.

Unfortunately, while we were having a shiny nice 100% translation
ratio for 7 languages.....we now have a less nice 99%....:-)

This 100% was a result of a very hard work by l10n coordinators and a
great reward to translators' work. It may sound as futile but, eh,
that's also part of communication.

So, immediately after I noticed that, I sent a call for translation
updates and most translators reacted very quickly.

Thus, indeed, we could very very very easily cook up an update of this
package, with a very easily readable debdiff and bring our 7 languages
back to 100% and a nice smile on our faces.

So, if asked with all that sugar on top, do you think you would
consider this very unique exception?
