It didn't migrate because of #678531 still being considered as open
by
the BTS until Niels fixed the bug state up in November (after the
auto-exceptions had been dropped).
This bug is not related to php5-midgard2 (where it's been reported).
And it's been fixed in June by the package (midgard2-core) which
migrated to testing.
Indeed. However, as I said in the message you replied to, the BTS state
for the bug was wrong. Niels fixed it, but not until November.
