Well - so - I do not want to be a trouble maker: is it all right to upload, 
like I did, or should I have waited? In the latter case, perhaps you
could make that explicit on [1]. It says 'you should discuss'... it could be 
'do not upload unless you have discussed' or 'unless explicitly
told to do so'...
