Thanks a lot for the quick reply.

Yes I do, because this way ease the release team decision to accept to
backport this patch for Wheezy, if they see that OVS migrates to testing
with the patch, and that no new bug appears.

I have built and upload openvswitch_1.4.2+git20120612-9.1 as discussed.
Thanks Ben for giving me the opportunity to do this bug fix.

Though you don't need to wait for the full process (which will obviously
take more than 10 days, so that OVS migrates to Testing). I would warmly
recommend and welcome you to you upload openvswitch 1.9.x into
experimental right now (even before you fix all the lintian warning:
that's what experimental is for).
