Hi, I admit this does not clarify the situation for me. Even if the problem is at upstream side - if upstream does not care for the problem the maintainer is in charge to invent a patch. I was just wondering if a binNMU would do the trick or not. If not I have no idea what to do because I do not really understand the problem.
