Please unblock package serf As per an Ubuntu bug[0] libserf-dev's serf-1.pc has incorrect paths for includedir/libdir and therefore reports bad information out of pkg-config. This didn't happen to have a direct effect in Debian since the subversion build (its only reverse dependency) gets proper paths by other means, but as it can break user builds I'd like to get the fix unblocked.
