Hi,

despite our efforts, I don’t think xchat-gnome is ready for the release. 
There are unacceptable UI bugs, and the features are not on par with 
what we had in wheezy.

We should advertise hexchat instead.

Meanwhile, for jessie, can you please remove the package from testing?
