feel free to close #794184. This way you should see the real blockers, and I assume that most packages are staying in unstable. Then make sure that all icu reverse-deps are built, or force that to testing. with icu in testing, boost1.58 should be able to migrate on its own too, probably together with some other libstdc++ followup transitions.
